Where are you based?

We’re a Muslim Canadian family-run business and we’re based in Toronto. Come visit us!

Does Muminy offer discount or coupons?

Occasionally, we do offer discounts and coupon codes! To stay updated on our special offers, exclusive deals and discounts, join the Mumuny squad by entering your email address at the bottom of this page.

I'm not sure which size to pick. Can I buy both, return one, and get a refund?

A-b-s-o-l-u-t-e-l-y! We're pleased to provide refunds for any items you don't want. For more details, please visit our return policy page here.

Do you offer Paypal as a payment method?

We don’t support Paypal payments at the moment. We found that Paypal doesn’t have adequate policies in pace to fully support and protect merchant businesses. We might, however, add Paypal as a payment method sometime in future InShaAllah, if we find higher customer demand for it.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

You can return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, packaging, and with attached tags. Want more details? Visit our return policy page here.

What is your return address?

We have two return addresses: one in Canada and one in the United States. If you would like to initiate a return or an exchange, please follow the instructions provided on our Returns & Exchanges page. Once we receive and process your request, we will send you the return address and instructions.

Please do not mail your return package to us before we have approved your return or exchange via email.

Can I exchange my item?

Of course you can! To exchange your item, initiate the process within 14 days of purchase. Keep in mind that your item should be in its original condition, with tags attached, and not washed or damaged. Learn more by visiting our Returns & Exchanges page.

When can I expect my refund?

Once your refund request for approved items is confirmed, we will proceed to issue the refund to your initial payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within Canada, USA, and United Kingdom.

When can I expect my item(s)?

Shipping times differ based on your location, and here's a general estimate:

Canada: 2-5 business days

United States: 3-5 business days

Rest of the World: 6-10 business days

Remember that these are rough delivery estimates and variations can occur due to factors like weather and local postal services, which are beyond our control.

Would I have to pay import duty fees?

Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to manage and cover any import duty fees, excise fees, or taxes associated with your order.

Generally, shipments from Canada to the USA and the UK do not incur import duties, unless the shipment's value exceeds a specific threshold, such as £130 for the UK or $800 for USA.

Please verify import duty fees information on your specific country’s customs and tariffs gov website.

Would I have to pay shipping costs on my order?

Unless a site-wide free shipping promotion with a minimum order requirement is in effect, customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all orders.
