Shipping is free for all orders over $100 CAD.
There are no custom duties for Canadian orders.
We have transparent pricing. As of now, we don’t charge HST/GST on orders!
Our Canadian packages are shipped with Canada Post and Fleet Optics.
We offer a convenient flat shipping rate of only $6 CAD within Ontario!
All our packages are insured and have a tracking number.

Frequently Asked Questions

My favourite item is out of stock! What can I do?

If your preferred item happens to be unavailable, make sure to subscribe to our email list to get notified right away when we’re back in stock. Our stock replenishes every 2 weeks.

Occasionally, we offer the option to "Pre-order" items that are currently out of stock. If you spot this option beneath the specific item, feel free to select it.

How does pre-ordering work?

When you see the pre-order option, it means the item is currently not in stock, and in some cases, it may be still in production. We offer this option to ensure our customers can secure popular items and enhance their shopping experience.

When you select the pre-order option, you'll proceed to checkout and make the payment.

You'll then receive a confirmation of your order. Your item will be shipped to you within 4 to 6 weeks from the moment you make the payment.If, for any reason, we are unable to ship the item within 6 weeks, rest assured that we'll provide you with a full refund and send you the chosen item at no cost to you (shipping, customs & duty fees excluded). Your satisfaction is our priority.

Would I have to pay import duty fees on my order?

Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to manage and cover any import duty fees, excise fees, or taxes associated with your order.

Generally, shipments from Canada to the USA and the UK do not incur import duties, unless the shipment's value exceeds a specific threshold, such as £130 for the UK or $800 USD for United States.
