Returns for Full Refund
We understand that sometimes things don't match your vision, and that's perfectly okay. You have a window of 14 days from the purchase date to return any item that's unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

To qualify for a return, ensure the item is in its original condition, in its original packaging and with all tags attached.

We may decline your refund, if, upon receiving your item, we find that any of the above conditions are not met.

Returns for Item Exchange
Life is about finding the perfect fit, whether it's an outfit or an experience.

If you're looking for a different size, color, or style, our exchange option is here for you.

Just initiate the exchange within 14 days of purchase, making sure the item is unwashed, and undamaged.

To qualify for an exchange, ensure the item is in its original condition, in its original packaging and with all tags attached.

Once again, we may decline your exchange, if, upon receiving your item, we find that any of the above conditions are not met.

Returns for Store Credit
Flexibility is key, and if you're not quite sure what your next favorite piece will be, opt for store credit. This is valid for items returned within 14 days of purchase, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Please ensure the item is in its original condition, in its original packaging and with all tags attached to qualify.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, reach out to us at within 7 days of receiving the parcel. We will work with you to resolve the issue, In Sha Allah.

International Returns

Our international customers should be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred from the return/exchange process are your responsibility.

Generally, for shipments from Canada to the USA and the UK, you don’t have to pay import duties, unless the shipment's value exceeds £130 for the UK or $800 USD for United States.

If we incur any duties or taxes upon receiving your return, we will deduct that amount from your refund.

Initiate Your Return or Exchange
  • Log in to your account on our website and visit the "Order History" section.
  • There, you can select the order containing the item you wish to return or exchange.
  • Follow the prompts and share a brief note about your decision.
  • Choose from refund, exchange, or store credit.

Shipping Your Return:

  • Please kindly note that the return shipping costs are fully covered by you.
  • To ensure a smooth return journey, we recommend a trackable shipping method. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Hold on to your proof of postage until we receive your return.
  • Once we process your return or exchange request, one of our customer care representatives will be in touch with you by email. Please allow us 48 to 72 business hours to get back to you.
  • You will receive instructions and the address for sending back your return or exchange package based on your country.

Inspection and Refund/Store Credit:

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will give it a check to ensure it meets the return/exchange policy conditions.
  • For approved items, if you’ve applied for refund, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank, it might take up to 7 business days to reflect on your statement.
  • If you’ve opted for store credit or item exchange, the full credited amount will be added to your Muminy account, ready to be used by you.

Can I return more than a single order in the same parcel?

Certainly, no problem! However, we kindly request that you include the return form for each of the relevant orders in the package. This will help us to correctly match each item to its respective order.

I’m not sure which size to pick. Can I buy both, return one, and get a refund?

Of course! We're pleased to give refunds for any items you decide not to keep.
